A children’s yoga app from Nia Lapansi featuring animated yoga videos led by Kamilla Seljelid, a children’s yoga instructor with a range of videos on her YouTube channel, Kamilla’s Yoga. The videos are best suited for children aged 3–9, but we know that both younger and older children enjoy this app too. The videos are exciting, playful, and engaging, taking children into a range of animated worlds. We travel back to the age of dinosaurs, dive beneath the sea, visit a farm, and explore several other animated worlds and themes. In every world, children follow Kamilla through yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation. All exercises are simple yet effective. Children are introduced to yoga in a fun way—all they need to do is copy and listen to Kamilla as she takes them on yoga journeys and adventures through different worlds.
