It's inevitable that we experience one of those days where we can't make it to the gym. You're equipped with the knowledge you need to exercise but need a routine that you can do at home that will get your heart racing, sweat glands working, and your muscles pumping. With BodyWeights you only have to select the exercises which you would like to do and then begin. You will be shown a designated amount of reps which are selected at random for which you will perform each exercise. The goal is to try to complete the full workout in as quick of a time as possible. Though it may begin easy, by the end of the workout the amount of volume will have you wishing it would end, and the next day you will definitely be feeling it.
