The VitalTraq system consists of: o vital sign devices that collect vital sign data from the patient, o a patient application running on a mobile device that collects vital sign data, displays it for the patient, and sends it to VitalTraq Connect, our secure backend, and o a clinician web portal that connects to VitalTraq Connect that enables the clinician to view the vital sign information.
