 City of Floating Sounds is a bespoke mobile app created to accompany Huang Ruo’s meditative classical composition. 
 Guided by the app, make your way through the city listening to fragments of Huang Ruo’s new symphony. As you - and other audience members - get closer to the concert venue, the sound will expand, revealing more parts of the work. Can you find other audience members to create a richer sound? Presented in cities all over the world, City of Floating Sounds is a project produced by Factory International which pushes the boundaries of classical music performance.
