Will you actually see totality from where you will be standing? Most eclipse apps answer that with a computed guess. This one answers it with the data. Inside Spain, Eclipse publishes the verdict from the Instituto Geografico Nacional for every municipality. That matters more than it sounds. A textbook calculation puts Madrid just inside the path of totality. The IGN puts it outside, at 99.90 percent. An app that says otherwise gets proven wrong in public, on the day.
