«My Fitness» — activity and nutrition in balance An app for those who want to stay in shape, track their activity and nutrition, find motivation, and connect with like-minded people. Easily monitor your physical activity and calorie intake, track your progress, take part in challenges, join sports communities, and get support on your journey toward healthier habits. Daily Balance Add meals to your diary in just two taps and get a complete picture of your day: how much energy you’ve consumed through food and how much you’ve burned through physical activity. There’s no need to strive for perfection. «My Fitness» helps you build healthy habits gradually — without feeling guilty about a missed workout or an imperfect diet. Activity Tracker Steps, workouts, heart rate, and calories burned are synced automatically, so you don’t have to track everything manually. Connect your Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Mi Band, or other compatible wearables. Your data can also sync with Google Fit, Apple Health, and Health Connect. Monitor your heart rate, manage your training load, and see your progress every day. Sports Communities Connect with friends, colleagues, members of your fitness club, or people from your city. Create your own communities, chat, share your achievements, support other members, and work toward common goals together. You can also view schedules, book classes, manage your membership, and receive news and updates from your fitness club or company. Gamification and Motivation Take part in individual and team challenges based on steps and workouts, meet your activity goals, and earn Health Points. Collect points and exchange them for discounts and special offers from partners. «My Fitness» is about self-care, enjoying an active lifestyle, and finding a balance that’s easy to maintain every day. The application provides gamification elements to increase motivation and reward users. Users receive Health Points for completing the norm of physical activity, including the number of steps, pulse training, and other activities. The more actively a user exercises and monitors their health, the more bonuses they receive. Game bonuses can be spent in the Fitmarket, an embedded virtual store that hosts products or services from companies/fitness clubs and their partners. The app supports integration with Apple Watch, Garmin, Suunto, Polar, Mi Band, and others, giving users the ability to monitor basic activity indicators, pulse zones, and share jogging tracks and workout news in their own profile feed. My Fitness is a ready — made tool that allows you to monitor your health, exercise, and communicate with like-minded people.
