Análisis de la app Mindful Lock: App Block & Lock para 1 de octubre

Mindful Lock is an app blocker and screen time app. Block distracting apps, lock your phone, and take your time back. Two ways to stop the scroll: block only the apps that pull you in, or lock the whole phone until the timer runs out. From the maker of Keep Me Out, rated 4.5 stars by over 12,000 people and downloaded more than a million times. Mindful Lock is that idea rebuilt, with app blocking, daily app limits and app groups added. WHAT YOU CAN DO Block distracting apps. Pick the apps that eat your day, like social media, games, video or shopping. Mindful Lock keeps them shut while your calls, messages and work apps keep working. Lock the whole phone. Quick Device Lock puts the entire device out of reach. Choose 15 minutes to 2 hours, or set your own duration. Set a screen time limit for each app. Give an app a daily allowance and Mindful Lock works as an app timer, blocking it once the allowance is spent. Put several apps in a group and give the whole group one shared limit. Schedule your focus time. Build blocks that repeat by time of day and weekday. A study block every evening, a phone free morning, a screen free dinner. Stay blocked. Circumvention Protection spots the usual ways out, like uninstalling or force stopping Mindful Lock during a session, and sends you back. Keep emergency calls working. Set the people you can always reach, even while the phone is locked. See where your hours go. Daily, weekly and monthly screen time for every app, a daily goal to aim at, and a monthly record of every focus session you finished. Block from your home screen. Widgets show today's screen time and start a lock in one tap. HOW PEOPLE USE IT Block social media during study hours. Set a daily limit on Instagram, YouTube or TikTok. Lock the phone for the length of an exam or a shift. Block games on school nights. Put the phone away before bed and sleep better. Lock it for an hour and just relax. WHO IT IS FOR Students who need a distraction free study block. People doing deep work who want the phone out of the way. Anyone on a digital detox, or trying to break a phone addiction. Anyone who wants to stop doom scrolling before bed. People with ADHD who want structure they cannot argue with. WHY MINDFUL LOCK Two modes in one app. Total lockdown when you need it, or just Instagram and TikTok blocked when you do not. Blocking that actually holds. Many app blockers only draw a screen over the app, and you can swipe it away. Mindful Lock uses Android's Device Admin API for full device locks, so locked means locked. That is the difference between a reminder and a distraction blocker that works. No ads for Premium users, and no ads inside a lock session. WHAT IS FREE All of it is free. Free covers lock sessions up to 6 hours, up to 6 sessions a day, 2 schedules, 1 custom app group, and app limits up to 2 hours per app. Free is supported by ads. Premium removes the ads and lifts the caps. Sessions up to 24 hours, unlimited sessions a day, unlimited schedules, up to 10 custom app groups, and app limits up to 24 hours. PRIVACY Blocking runs on your phone. You do not need an account to block apps or lock your device. Signing in with Google is optional and is used for the in-app feedback board. We use analytics and crash reporting to find problems and fix them. You can review what is collected, and delete it, in Settings under Privacy and Data. PERMISSIONS Device Admin. Used only to lock the device during a Quick Device Lock session. Accessibility Service. Used only to notice when you open a blocked app during an active session, and to show the blocking screen. Mindful Lock does not read or store screen content, keystrokes, messages or passwords. You can turn it off whenever you want. Usage access. Used to measure your screen time and to enforce daily app limits. Take back your time. Block the apps, lock the phone, and get your hours back.
