Análisis de la app Simple In/Out para 1 de octubre

Simple In/Out is the easiest to use in/out board in the Play Store. It is great for offices with people always on the go. Our easy to use interface lets you quickly set your status and get back to work. You can also configure your phone to update your status automatically based on your device's location. Here is a quick rundown of all the great features we offer in Simple In/Out: * Board - Easy to read and configure status board. * Users - Admins can add or edit users right from the app. Each user can have their own information and permissions. * User Profiles - Individual profile pages for each user. You can email, call, or text a user right from their profile. * Automatic Status Updates - Update your status right from your pocket. *** Geofences - Uses low-power location events to determine if you are inside the defined area. We take privacy very seriously and your location will never be tracked or stored. *** Beacons - Uses Bluetooth to determine if you are near a broadcast point. Beacon signals can be transmitted from our FrontDesk and TimeClock apps. *** Networks - Updates your status when you connect to a specific WiFi hotspot. * Notifications - Receive alerts on your device for important events. *** Status Updates - Alerts you each time your status has been updated automatically. This helps you make sure your status on the board is up to date. *** Followed Users - Get notified instantly when another user updates their status. *** Reminders - Get prompted if you haven't updated your status by a specific time of day. *** Safeties - Alerts you when other users haven't checked in on time. * Scheduled Status Updates - Create a status update in advance. * Announcements - Stay informed about important company updates and new events. * Office Hours - Disable Notifications and Automatic Updates when you aren't working. * Quick Picks - Easily update your status from your recent status updates or favorites. * Groups - Used to organize your users. * FrontDesk - (separate download) is also available for common areas to quickly swipe yourself in or out. * TimeClock - (separate download) is also available for timekeeping. * Free customer support via email. In order for Automatic Status Updates to work accurately and consistently we request that you give Simple In/Out full background access. Allowing Simple In/Out to have full background access will ensure that your status is always updated immediately when entering or exiting the office. This does increase battery usage but is vital for keeping the company board accurate. We will not abuse this privilege and we will only run background tasks when updating your status automatically via Geofences, Beacons, or Networks. Simple In/Out offers a Free 45 day trial with all of our features available for use. Try everything out with no restrictions before committing to a specific subscription plan. All of our subscription plans are based on the number of users needed and auto-renew each month. We love hearing from our users and are always interested in what they have to say. Most of the features in the app have come from your suggestions, so keep them coming! email: help@simplymadeapps.com
