Mindfulness activities like meditating, coloring, or doing puzzles are linked to reduced anxiety, decreased stress, increased calm, and improved focus and mood. Identify trends and triggers with easy tracking that can be done from your phone or tablet. Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly data helps users identify their personal patterns- both good and those that are potentially concerning. As users enter data, they get a daily and total Balance Score. Balance scores are unique to each user and are based on age appropriate physical and mental health guidelines.
