PATH Companion is a free tool to help you track your exercise progress alongside the PATH web application. Newly rebuilt as a fast, native app, it brings smoother performance and more reliable syncing with Apple Health. • Everything stays in sync - Add records on your phone or the web and they update automatically in both places, so your progress is always current. • Sync with Apple Health - Turn it on once and PATH Companion submits your daily active energy from your Apple Watch automatically, syncing in the background even when the app is closed. • Use the built-in pedometer - Tap Start, tuck your phone in a pocket or armband, and go. Follow your route on the live map, then tap Finish to save. Your steps upload to your PATH account automatically. • Enter progress manually - Log calories, steps, miles, or time spent exercising. For activities, use the Activities-to-Conversion list to turn any activity into steps or calories, add a mood, and submit.
