My Health Matters Fitness is a queer owned, Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned, weight inclusive, fat positive, anti diet personal training and group movement company. We provide services to people in ALL bodies and of ALL abilities and strive to create a supportive space for ALL, especially those in largely marginalized communities. We offer large group classes such as spin, TRX, yoga, dance, and boxing. We also offer, outside of personal training, small groups that are full body focused. Our alignment is to support you with how you are feeling in your body. Whether you are tired, empowered, frustrated, celebratory, our goal is to teach you how to listen to your body. We have all been heavily influenced by fitness and diet culture toxicity. Here at MHM Fitness, we are building a community of like minded people who are actively looking to explore their relationships with their own bodies without judgement or shame.
