Every push-up is a strike. Every set is a battle. Pushup RPG turns real pushups into boss fights — your own body is the controller. Prop up your phone, drop into a plank, and the on-device camera reads your form and counts each rep in real time. Every honest push-up deals damage to the monster in front of you. No taps, no cheating, no equipment but you. It's the home workout that makes you come back — and that's how the habit sticks. WHY IT WORKS • No gym, no equipment, no excuses — just your bodyweight and your phone • Train anywhere: living room, hotel, dorm, backyard — portrait mode, one device • You don't grind a workout, you fight a boss, so you finish the set • Real push ups, real reps, real strength progress PUSH-UPS OR SQUATS • Train either movement — the camera reads both, and each keeps its own records • Squats have their own Free Training, their own records, and their own world ladder A REAL RPG, NOT A REP COUNTER • A full story campaign — eight hand-painted realms from the Sunlit Meadow to the Astral Gate, each ending in a boss • 48 hand-crafted enemies and bosses, from timid slimes to Aurelion, the Astral Eye • Every foe fights its own way — some heal when you rest, some crack on a rhythm, some need a deep rep • Endless Descent: a roguelike dungeon that escalates forever — go deeper for richer loot, or bank your run • The Proving: a weekly set graded on form, not on count DUEL ANYONE • Challenge a friend to a live bout — both cameras running, one clock, one rope between your counts • THE ARENA: matched against a stranger anywhere in the world, in seconds • Six rivals at a fixed pace, from Forest Goblin to The Nightwyrm — no network needed • The server counts the reps, so both phones agree on who won • Block or report an opponent from the result card JOIN A FELLOWSHIP • Guilds — join one or found your own, and raid a shared world boss together every week • Cheer the people training beside you, and see which halls are winning the week GROW YOUR HERO • Earn XP, level up, and raise four stats — Power, Stamina, Precision, and Fortune • Loot drops with true rarity, Common to Legendary, with clear upgrade indicators • A three-path skill tree — Might, Vitality, Focus — that boosts rewards, never your reps • Equip, upgrade, reforge, and salvage gear in the Loadout REASONS TO RETURN • Daily, weekly, and boss quests with real rewards • Streak tracking with freeze tokens for the day life gets in the way • Worldwide leaderboards, daily and weekly, for push-ups and for squats • A friends leaderboard — climb the Endless Descent and see who delves deepest • Earn hero portraits, or bring your own face as a member • Cinder, your ember companion, cheers every single rep PRIVATE BY DESIGN All pose detection happens on your device, and nothing from your camera is ever uploaded — there is no server that sees it. While you train, the camera feed exists only in memory and is thrown away as it goes. Recording is off by default; turn on Record clips in Settings and your battles are saved as a video that stays on your phone, goes nowhere unless you share it, and is cleaned up automatically unless you save it. Sign in with Google or email to back up your progress across devices, or play as a guest — either way your cloud save holds only game progress and a display name, never health or camera data. Delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, any time. FREE TO TRAIN, MORE TO EXPLORE Free to download and fully playable from the first rep — the whole campaign, rep tracking, and leveling are yours at no cost. We never lock the workout behind a paywall. An optional Vigil Membership adds convenience and flair — your reps are always earned, never bought. TRAIN SAFE Use a stable surface, warm up first, and stop if you feel pain or dizziness. Pushup RPG is for general fitness and entertainment — it is not medical advice or a medical device. Start today. Do a few real push ups. Save the world one rep at a time.
