Analyse de l'application DMD2 pour le 20 octobre

Offline navigation, riding groups, roadbooks and your whole cockpit - one app that turns any Android device into a dashboard for adventure vehicles. Ride with no signal and no data plan: the maps, the routing, the search and the warnings all run on the device. ▸ OFFLINE FIRST • 300+ topographic maps covering the world — download the regions you ride • Turn-by-turn navigation calculated on the device, on-road and off-road • Automatic recalculation when you miss a turn, still offline • Offline address and POI search — fuel, food or shelter around you, or around any point on the map • Speed camera warnings that respect each country's regulations • Hillshading, satellite and national topo layers when you do have signal ▸ GPX, DONE PROPERLY • Load several files at once: show, hide and invert tracks, routes and waypoints • Turn-by-turn from a plain track — no route conversion needed • Live progress along the line, the distance and angle of the next curve, heading to the next waypoint • Off-path alerts if you leave the track or ride it the wrong way • Colours, widths and direction arrows per file • GPX recorder — record a ride, then share it or ride it again ▸ RIDE TOGETHER • Riding groups with every member live on the map • Join by invite link — no account juggling at the trailhead • Share one GPX with the whole pack, see who stops, get "Help Me" alerts • LoRa group ride on LoRa-equipped DMD devices — keep tracking each other beyond cell coverage ▸ KEEPS WORKING WITH THE SCREEN OFF On a bike the screen goes dark, the phone goes in the tank bag, and a call comes in. DMD2 keeps running so your ride doesn't: • Turn-by-turn keeps guiding — voice instructions and off-route recalculation continue with the app in the background or the screen off • The GPX recorder keeps logging your track, so backgrounding the app never leaves a gap in the ride you recorded • Riding groups keep sending your position so the rest of the pack can still see you on their map Each runs only while that feature is active, shows a notification you can tap to come straight back, and stops on its own when the route ends, the recording stops, or you leave the group. All of them can be switched off in Settings › Background Activity. ▸ ROADBOOK, RALLY RULES • OpenRally electronic roadbooks (the FIA rally format) and classic PDF roadbooks • Three configurable instrument panels; sessions save and resume where the stage left you • Mini-map overlay with live distance and heading to the next waypoint ▸ YOUR WHOLE COCKPIT • OBD2 engine data over a Bluetooth dongle • TPMS tyre-pressure sensors • DMD Power Box — six switched auxiliary channels • Action cameras: DJI, Insta360 and GoPro • Handlebar remote controllers • Phone notification mirroring ▸ MAKE IT YOURS • A home dashboard you assemble yourself — up to nine widget slots • Six rider profiles, one per vehicle: Enduro, Adventure, Rally, 4x4, SSV and Touring • Trip computer, odometer and fuel range • Light and dark map themes, and control over what the map draws ▸ SAFETY FEATURES ARE FREE, ON PURPOSE Country modules tell you when a forest road is closed today or there is fire ahead, and never sit behind a subscription: Portugal Avisos, Catalunya Pla Alfa, Australia NSW and Victoria fire, France Vigilance and ZFE low-emission zones. ▸ DMD HUB Plan on a big screen, ride it on the trail. Build routes in the HUB planner and your GPX files, folders and saved locations sync between the app, the web and the DMD HUB iPhone app. ▸ FREE TO RIDE, AND WHAT A SUBSCRIPTION ADDS DMD2 is free to install and ride with: offline maps, navigation, GPX, roadbooks, trips, rider profiles and your connected devices are all included, along with three offline map downloads. A subscription adds the online side — online map layers, weather, worldwide fire layers, riding groups, HUB sync and the Discover listings, online place search, and unlimited offline map downloads.
