I am also OutCare certified for culturally competent care of the LGBTQ+ community and have experience working with individuals adjusting to new cultural environments or navigating co-parenting dynamics. Whether you're seeking support for stress, coping skills, or navigating complex life changes, my goal is to help you build resilience and achieve lasting, positive change.
